What Does The Agents Directory Cost?
The price of each exclusive zip code listing depends on two factors.
- The amount of owner occupied houses in the zip code.
- The average value of the house in that zip code.
The minimum cost per zip code is $395 per year. Discounts are given for agents representing more than one zip code.
The directory is free for visitors to use.
How Many Agents Receive AgentIndex's Leads?
Only one agent receives leads per zip code. Each zip code is exclusive to the real estate agent that
advertises there.
How Many Leads Will I Receive?
We are unable to say. However, it is our goal to provide enough business to keep you renewing our service year after
year as well as tell your friends about it.
Is There A Guarantee?
Our guarantee is that if you are unsatisfied with our service after six months we will refund your remaining six months dues.
We do require that you wait a minimum of six months. No refunds of any type is provided before the end of the sixth month.
